- Studios start at $1,650 per month, one-bedroom homes start at $1,875 and two-bedroom homes start at $2,650. Pricing and availability change daily.
- Is Lakeside Electric pet friendly?
- Yes. Up to two cats or dogs are welcome per home with no breed restrictions. There is a $350 one-time pet fee and $35 monthly pet rent, plus an on-site dog run and pet spa.
- What amenities are included?
- Residents have access to a heated rooftop pool deck, LED-lit sky lounge, 24-hour fitness studio, sauna and cold plunge, coworking suite, resident lounge with monthly events, dog run and pet spa, package lockers and garage parking with EV charging.
- Is parking available?
- Yes. Attached garage parking is available for an additional monthly fee, and EV charging stations are available on the first two levels.
- What lease terms do you offer?
- Lease terms run from 7 to 15 months. Furnished and short-term options are available on select homes.
